Most recently Served as embedded counsel to Campari Group’s global brand and innovation teams, advising across the full product and marketing lifecycle—from R&D to launch. Led negotiation of complex commercial and marketing agreements, safeguarded intellectual property and digital assets, managed cross-border regulatory compliance, and supported high-level strategy across APAC and the Americas. Played a key role in dispute resolutions requiring business-first legal solutions.

Formerly Veoleo Press co-founder and general counsel. Responsible for all intellectual property, contracts, and other related legal matters. Oversee accounting, inventory management, and account relationships. Spearheading business development and creating a multi-channel distribution system from scratch. Strong engagement with the outside world of Latinx culture and trends. Using love of art + culture, deep knowledge of LatAm region, and immigration patterns to drive change.

Previously worked on anti-money laundering matters at Deloitte & Touche; FINRA investor protection litigation & arbitration with a small practice; and SIPC/Madoff litigation matters at Baker Hostetler.
